As a budding Health and Life Coach starting your journey, strengthening your self-care commitment and habits is essential for your success in the Become a Health Coach program and in your coaching career.
You’ll learn not only how to introduce self-care into your schedule, but why self-care is key to your balance, routine, and success. You now have permission to invest fully in feeling good like never before!
This priority workshop will be led by two of our top HCI Faculty Coaches.
During the call, you’ll connect live with the Faculty Coaches and your BHC Community. You’ll begin to forge the bonds of support, accountability, and connection that last a lifetime as you build your coaching career.
Even better? You can apply all of the tips and techniques you’ll learn immediately, no matter where you are on your journey—and you can add them to your coach tool kit for future clients!
